Young Judaea Year Round

Young Judaea offers year round national, regional, and local programs, often initiated by our teen leaders who sit on mazkirut (boards). We empower teen leaders, parents, and alumni to take Young Judaea’s mission into their local communities and offer the support of shlichim and the national Young Judaea team to help make that happen.

Social Action:

Our hands-on Social Action programs, including Alternative Winter Break, will enable you to build lifelong friendships while having an impact – all in the pluralistic and exciting Young Judaea way. Join us for volunteering in the Big Apple, cleaning rivers by kayak, and much more.

National Convention:

Peer leadership takes front stage at Young Judaea’s National Conventions.  Spend the weekend with your best friends, meet new ones, reminisce about camp, or share memories of Israel while playing  a key role in determining the future of Zionism in the U.S.  Who knows?! You may be elected to National Mazkirut!

Local Programs:

Turn your area into a Young Judaea community and strengthen your Jewish identity with Local Programs. We’ll give you the tools you need to run successful programming, or help you discover what’s already going on near you
